Dr. Lance Rettig specializes in disorders of the hand, wrist, and elbow, and treats acute and chronic conditions of the upper extremity. Additionally, Dr. Rettig specializes in orthopedic sports medicine.

Dr. Rettig earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at Indiana University in 2002. He then performed a one-year Hand Surgery Fellowship at the Raymond T. Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, from 2002-2003.

Joseph Randolph, MD

Dr. Randolph is a past president of OrthoIndy. He graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1967 and Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis in 1970. Dr. Randolph completed an internship at St.Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1971 and a residency in orthopedic surgery at Indiana University Hospitals in 1974.

Dr. Randolph has been the team physician for the Indianapolis Racers, Indianapolis Checkers, Indianapolis Ice and the Indiana Ice and has consulted for Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), the U.S. Auto Club and the U.S. Rowing Association.
​
He is the past president of the Indiana Orthopaedic Society and was on the Board of Councilors for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons from 2001 to 2007. Dr. Randolph is on the board of directors for the Indiana Orthopaedic Society. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Clinical Orthopaedic Society, the International Arthroscopy Society and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
